Path 3 · Ongoing care
Want To Stay With Us After Your Evaluation?
Ongoing physician-led follow-up is available on a monthly basis, arranged around your goals. Every plan starts with an evaluation. Ask us about the options.
You Do Not Need a Referral to Be Taken Seriously
Two complaints get dismissed more than any others: being short of breath, and a cough that will not stop. Both have real differential diagnoses, and both are evaluated here by a pulmonary and critical care physician — without a referral, a prior authorization, or a six-week wait.
Dyspnea Evaluation
Breathlessness on exertion is not one disease. It is the shared endpoint of airflow limitation, cardiac limitation, anemia, deconditioning, weight, and anxiety — and the workup exists to tell them apart rather than guess.
Spirometry with bronchodilator response, resting oximetry and ambulatory desaturation, and targeted labs, with serial exercise capacity followed over time. Imaging and cardiopulmonary exercise testing are ordered when the first pass leaves a question open.
Chronic Cough Evaluation
A cough past eight weeks is chronic by definition and usually has one of a short list of causes — airway inflammation, reflux, upper-airway drainage, a medication, or something on imaging. It is worked through in order, not treated by trial and error.
A structured history including medication review, spirometry, and directed treatment trials with a defined stopping point. Your symptom course is followed over the trial window.
Second Opinion on Your Own Results
If you have already paid for a large panel elsewhere, bring it. We will tell you which numbers change a decision, which are worth repeating and when, and which you can stop paying to re-measure.
A physician visit, not a test. Pricing for this visit is not yet published — it is being set deliberately rather than guessed at.
What The Labels Mean
Changes your care today
Results that directly shift a decision — a diagnosis, a medication, a referral, or a treatment already underway.
Establishes your baseline
Metrics worth following over months or years — the value comes from the trend, not a single number.
Lower-yield or emerging
Newer or lower-yield markers. Available if you want them, and never added without telling you.
