Do you accept insurance?

No. LUMENA is a cash- and credit-only practice. We don't bill insurance or work within insurance networks, which lets us spend consultation time on your care instead of coding.

Can I customize a care plan?

Yes. The four bundles on our Care Plans page are starting points. After a consultation, you can add or remove individual tests.

What do the labels on my test plan mean?

Each test we suggest is labeled Actionable, Trackable, or Exploratory before you agree to it — see Our Approach for the full framework.
